Right.   But java2wsdl should be emulatable with just the -wsdl flag to 
java2ws.

Yep.  (and add the appropriate flags)

That's a good question.   :-)

I see a maven-plugins/java2ws-plugin directory on trunk.  Thus, I assume 
that's it.   Not really sure though.
