This message works.

<soapenv:Envelope
    xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
   <soapenv:Body>
      <btft:echo
          xmlns:soapenc="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"
          xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
          xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
          xmlns:btft="uri:com.basistech.ws.fortest">
         <input>Bloop</input>
         <throwPlease>false</throwPlease>
      </btft:echo>
   </soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>
