Can you describe your eclipse workspace and project buildpath 
configuration or you can take the http transport or jms transport  
project setting as a reference.
It could be much easy if you try to use maven.  The only thing you need 
to do is to write a pom :).
BTW: You can add CXF trunk in to eclipse as the Celtix eclipse setup. 
(just need to hack  the  Celtix  build.xml's setup.eclipse ant task)

When I doing my JMS transport work, the system test project build path 
include all CXF rt and transport project so the system test 's class 
path have the JMS transport reference. And the JMS can be  can be loaded 
by bus. So I think you just need to take care of your project's build path.
