Subject [GitHub] curator pull request: CURATOR-232 Consolidate Timing and Client

    CURATOR-232 Consolidate Timing and Client

    Pull references to Timing and CuratorFramework client into BeforeMethod
    and AfterMethod invocations so that we can manage them more efficiently.
