PiperFileReader, PiperFileRunner have also. The default Clinical Pipeline launched via command line has used Pipers for several months. Testing is always ongoing, but this should be stable. > simple pipeline description files > --------------------------------- > > Key: CTAKES-426 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CTAKES-426 > Project: cTAKES > Issue Type: New Feature > Components: ctakes-clinical-pipeline > Affects Versions: 4.0.0 > Reporter: Sean Finan > Assignee: Sean Finan > Priority: Minor > Fix For: 4.0.0 > > > Pipelines are currently created and maintained by writing code or by using verbose xml descriptor files. There should be a format for creating and editing pipelines that does not require Java, UIMA, Uimafit, XML or other specialized knowledge. ctakes is meant to be usable by non-developers. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.15#6346)
