Tim Miller resolved CTAKES-167.

    Resolution: Fixed
> dictionary lookup calls identifies "to" as a named entity
> ---------------------------------------------------------
> Key: CTAKES-167
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CTAKES-167
> Project: cTAKES
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: ctakes-dictionary-lookup
> Reporter: Tim Miller
> Assignee: Tim Miller
> Priority: Minor
> The word "to" is often tagged as an EntityMention by the dictionary lookup. There is
an entry in the UMLS, however, certain parts of speech should be filtered by the lookup_desc.xml
file. This includes the tag TO, but in fact many are tagged IN (not sure if there is a TO
tag or how it is used). This can be fixed by adding IN to the list of excluded tags.
