Hi Oranit,

Yes, I use ctakes to access a umls-derived db.  The same issue was reported=
 yesterday on the ctakes mailing list and one of our users pinpointed the p=
roblem.  I just checked in fixes for ctakes, so if that is what you are usi=
ng then you'll need to upgrade.
