Josh Wills updated CRUNCH-376:
------------------------------

    Attachment: CRUNCH-376b.patch

Put this into patch form-- [~jgmath2000], one concern: the result of an Aggregator call isn't
necessarily a single value (e.g., a TOP_N aggregation). I'm trying to think of a clean way
to represent both the single-valued and multi-valued aggregations.

> This patch adds an aggregate() function to PCollection so you can do things like sum
a collection of integers in one line.
