FWIW, I usually use a mock Emitter, via Mockito, but the InMemoryEmitter probably is actually
probably simpler to use. In any case, it's probably best that the InMemoryEmitter is pushed
as the way to go instead of moving the StoreLastEmitter into the distribution of crunch-core.
