Josh Wills updated CRUNCH-208:
------------------------------

    Attachment: CRUNCH-208a.patch

Added support for mapping keys to PTable (although not PGroupedTable, since the PType associated
with the value there isn't a "real" PType and can't be passed along) and deprecated the MapKeysFn
and MapValuesFn. Also updated some of the integration tests to take advantage of the new methods,
and am deeply enjoying how fast those tests run in local mode on Hadoop 1.1.2. :)

> Working on Cloudera ML, I find myself writing lots of functions where I'm only modifying
the values of a PTable or PGroupedTable and just passing along the keys as they are, so I
wrote some functions to help me implement that pattern more easily.
