Hey guys,

the IPMC has approved our release, congratulations everyone!

I have copied the release to our distribution directory, promoted
our artifacts to Nexus, and closed all issues for 0.4.0. I'll update
the website as soon as the 24 hour waiting period for the mirrors is
over.

Also, a few minor changes to the release guide were necessary, but 
all in all it worked out OK.
