Subject Docs for _replicate
Date Thu, 10 Apr 2014 10:32:35 GMT
Hi,

when it comes to cancelling continuous requests, the docs:
http://docs.couchdb.org/en/latest/api/server/common.html#replicate

says: "Must be canceled using the request:" and shows a request:

POST http://couchdb:5984/_replicate
Accept: application/json
Content-Type: application/json

{
    "cancel" : true,
    "continuous" : true
    "create_target" : true,
    "source" : "recipes",
    "target" : "http://couchdb-remote:5984/recipes",
}

Just tested:

1) POST, _replicate with "_local_id" and "cancel:true".

2) POST, _replicate with "replication_id" and "cancel:true".

Q1: Both works. Anyone that should not be used? Something for the docs?

Q2: When BigCouch arrives, will this change somehow?

Cheers,

//Daniel
