Is there a repository where AnyEvent:CoucHDB is available so that I could just zipper install
this package on suse linux?

AnyEvent::CouchDB is IMHO the best library to interface with CouchDB from Perl. It uses the
asynchronous facilities provided by AnyEvent, so you have to be familiar with this style of
programming.
