Hey Brendan,

Just to let you know, I've got a deadline coming up mid March & I'll
be underground / out of sight til then. You might be able to look up
through the logs and see some prior requests or pids ( <0.5663.2> and
friends) that shed some light on what's causing this.

Is that similar to the issue I am hitting? If so, it looks like the fix was merged into mochiweb,
but the version that ships with CouchDb doesn't contain the fix.
