yes, it does show all the headers including jsapi.h  -

btw here are file permissions -
laptop:~$ ls -l /usr/lib/xulrunner-devel-1.9.2.10/include/jsapi.h
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 105538 2010-09-15 09:52 
/usr/lib/xulrunner-devel-1.9.2.10/include/jsapi.h

@laptop:~$ ls -l /usr/lib/libmozjs*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 45 2010-09-30 15:16 /usr/lib/libmozjs.so -> 
/usr/lib/xulrunner-devel-1.9.2.10/libmozjs.so
