Hi guys,

I could not find any asynchronous version of
http://localhost:5984/_utils/script/couch.js
(Perhaps I didn't search hard enough)
That's why I modified it to work asynchronously instead of
synchronously.

This makes it possible to use CouchDB in Qt's QML.
