Subject Re: Reserved Words page in wiki missingg

There's a link to the removed document from
http://wiki.apache.org/couchdb/HTTP_Document_API#Special_Fields.

In the "Special Fields" section of the Document API, it states "Note
that any top-level fields with a name that starts with a _ prefix are
reserved for use by CouchDB itself."

I believe that this is also a restriction for fieldnames below the
top-level, but can't find a reference to back that up, just various
email threads such as this
https://mail.google.com/mail/?shva=1#search/label%3Acouchdb-user+underscore/1235720eaf4ebb38.

Can anyone confirm/deny this fieldname restriction? (i.e. you can't
use leading underscores in a field name anywhere in the document)

Rachel
