By using make gettext command on docs, sphinx generates files with next header:

# German translations for Apache CouchDB package.
# Copyright (C) 2013, The Apache Software Foundation
# This file is distributed under the same license as the Apache CouchDB package.
# Automatically generated, 2013.

<stuff does there>

Is such header good for ASF license requirements or it should be like
for any other files:

# Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License"); you may not
# use this file except in compliance with the License. You may obtain a copy of
# the License at
#
#   http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0
#
# Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, software

Just to be sure that my hack into sphinx internals would be reasonable
