Subject [GitHub] couchdb-fauxton pull request: add loading lines to active tasks

    I added some loading lines, so that when we start to fetch, it shows the lines, then when
the fetch is done, we turn off the lines.
    
    However, I have added a 500 ms delay to turning off the lines, so that each time we are
fetching, the user can see that something is happening at that time. 
    
    I also muted the color since the movement all the time can be distracting.
