Subject [jira] [Commented] (COUCHDB-2289) Replication stall
Date Fri, 12 Sep 2014 10:10:33 GMT

Alexander Shorin commented on COUCHDB-2289:

[~kanongil] what do you mean by "stall"? Active task stops updates? No more documents becomes
replicated? Have you look tcpdump traffic to ensure that there is no actual communication
between two couches when replication stalls while it should replicate some data?

performing a continuous pull replication using the _replicator db.
> This was initially working great but now I occasionally experience permanent stalls in
the replication. I can get it running again by restarting the couchdb instance but it will
eventually stall again.

> I have also tried to create a 1.6.0 docker-based instance which also stalls (but at different
sequence numbers).
