Hi,

I finally managed to connect !
I did as Garren suggested and upgraded http-proxy to the latest version
(1.1.4). I also had to change some lines in couchserver.js since the
module's API is different from your old version and the changeOrigin option
is no longer supported.

Should I create a pull request ?
