With COUCHDB-1923 we now have access to the base64 encoded attachments data in list functions.

I do not agree that the ability to send binary data from lists itself leads to OOM errors.
ATM it is still possible to construct a big base64 encoded string that runs out of memory
trying to send that over the wire.
