Subject [GitHub] couchdb pull request: Fauxton: Implement a filter for changes

    This is a nice idea a couple things need to be fixed before we can merge:
    * The general filters view needs to be moved to `fauxton/components.js`
    * Use RouteObject events instead of a views.changesEvent
    * Having the filter on the side uses up to much space. The filter section should go above
the changes display. Once the the first two items are fixed we can get Sean, the UX expert,
to mockup a nice UI for the filter.
