Update the Juju Charm for CouchDB in order for users to:
do a one line install (juju quickstart bundle...)
have a one line upgrade (juju upgrade-charm)
instantly scale (juju add-unit)
instantly integrate with other charms Tomcat, Rails, PHP/Lamp, Node.JS, etc. (juju add-relation)
