Referring to COUCHDB-2162: I see it only makes a difference for keys/values, making values
more darker while there is stored actual data you might looking for. Is it be possible to
have different colors for strings, numbers, booleans and nulls to easily recognize them?

Why to hide "Duplicate document", "Upload attachment", "API URL" under the button on the right
side while there are a lot of free space after "Cancel" button? It would be much more reasonable
to hide them there only in case when there is no free space left on the bar.

Looking on the footer - if I click on attachment name I'll download it right?

These actions menu is quite doubtful. Can I download attachment by click on his name? If yes,
I believe no one will use this action button. Otherwise usability isn't good.

With CouchDB API I could delete attachments in bulk. May be instead of delete action provide
checkboxes and some button on action bar?

Btw. what big X is for? Delete all?

After all of these, the only action left is Update. How about apply this action by double
click on attachment row?

Also, I see there is no way to add single (or multiple) attachments on this form. Why not?

possible to improve editors for providing references on other resources?
