Subject [jira] [Commented] (COUCHDB-2129) Edit configuration option name
Date Fri, 28 Feb 2014 18:52:19 GMT

Alexander Shorin commented on COUCHDB-2129:

[~deathbear] the case: you'd like to add new query server. What you have to do:
1. Click "Add new section"
2. Fill the form: section - "query_servers", option - "pyhton", value - "/usr/bin/couchpy"
3. Click OK

Good...but know you're realized that "pyhton" isn't correct - should be "python". You cannot
rename option name, you have to delete, copy his value, delete the option and create
new one. Too many actions for doing such trivial thing, right?

However, you're free to close as Won't fix since there is no API in CouchDB for renaming options
- it will cost you two HTTP requests.

for config option rename in CouchDB.
