One way to do it would be hacking 

https://github.com/apache/couchdb/blob/master/src/couchdb/couch_httpd_misc_handlers.erl#L82

and then the function `couch_server:all_databases/2` this function can accept a function passed
to the list of databases. If it's OK I can just make the patch tomorrow.
