Subject [jira] [Commented] (COUCHDB-906) Please offer offline downloadable documentation
Date Mon, 26 Aug 2013 16:50:53 GMT

Noah Slater commented on COUCHDB-906:

"e can't ship docs-only without help of external non-ASF service"

Sure, but why can't we *host* the docs without the help of an external non-ASF service?

We could, but it would take effort, and at the moment, there is very little point. We have
a working third-party service that we are using, so let's save ourselves a bit of effort,
and use it. :)

If RTD goes away one day, we can move all this stuff "in house".

be enabled but broken in the CouchDB wiki.

tarball of the html versions of the pages?
