In 1.2.0, include_design was evaluated to true if it was not set to false (that is, anything
else was true).

In 1.3.0, include_design has to be true to evaluate as true.

This looks like an unintended side-effect of the new view engine, but you're unaffected if
you stuck to the documented API of true and false.

"true" is not the same as true in JSON, so it's not a compatibility break technically. :D
