Thanks for this great feature that finally made it to me in 1.2 ;-) 
I was able to find the tests that explain the usage, but alas, it doesn't work for me as expected:
I don't see document deletions any more in the changes feed. Is that on purpose? I suppose,
I can't just emit a key in my view for deleted docs. Could we add deleted documents to the
_view filter or do I miss something in the intended use?
