Subject fractal tree in place of b-trees?
Date Wed, 11 Apr 2012 13:31:07 GMT
Hi,

Here's a TokuDB presentation on fractal trees:

http://assets.en.oreilly.com/1/event/36/How%20TokuDB%20Fractal%20Tree%20Databases%20Work%20Presentation.pdf

Any ideas if this could be used in CouchDB for view indexes? I know
that CouchDB's main storage is an append-only B-Tree, but perhaps this
could be used for high performance/volume views? Just starting a
discussion, not much else. :)
