verify install OK
test suite OK

## Notes
make test: hung etap/073-changes.t on first run, no recurrences
futon test: erlang bus errors on many init:restart(). I don't see this as a
CouchDB issue nor a blocker - re https://gist.github.com/1199903

in replication:

as well.
