make check passes.

Futon test suite passes on Firefox 10.0. All but attachment_ranges
passes on Chrome 17.0.963.46 but that's because of a genuine bug in
Chrome for range requests that exceed entity length.

Erlang R14B04, SpiderMonkey 1.8.5, ICU 4.8.1.1, OS X 10.7.3.
