Subject [jira] [Resolved] (COUCHDB-845) Better result when using _replicate with continuous=false
Date Tue, 21 Feb 2012 21:24:49 GMT

Sam Bisbee resolved COUCHDB-845.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

I was not able to reproduce on 1.1.1 (localhost) or 1.0.1 (Cloudant).

Marking resolved since it applies to an old version and was reported over a year ago. I will
mark Closed next week unless someone else can reproduce or has more info.

> Currently, when passing continuous=false to _replicate, CouchDB throws a generic badmatch
error, which isn't very friendly. It would be nice to either get a better error message or
just accept false as if continuous wasn't passed at all (which I would prefer). Apparently
there was a similar issue for reduce=false at one point.
> I'd be happy to take a whack at implementing this (Jan assures me it should not be too
hard), but if someone else wants to do this sooner, please go right ahead.
