That's what I was trying to describe earlier. The draw backs that come to mind is that it's
quite a break with the current behavior (and harder to detect the difference) and we'd probably
want to add some sort of "context" member that is compiled and executed once when the map
or reduce is run (only once for maps, and once per reduce call). Or we can just force people
to abuse the commonjs cache maybe?
