The one, and only, example of a 0.10 and later list function on the wiki page uses all the
functions;

function(head, req) {
  var row;
  start({
    "headers": {
      "Content-Type": "text/html"
     }
  });
  while(row = getRow()) {
    send(row.value);
  }
}
