Clarifying. I'd like to get as many platforms and setups covered here. Anyone who'd like to contribute, just clone the repo* and run the script:

$ git clone https://github.com/janl/couchdb-1.0-1.1-upgrade-tester
$ cd couchdb-1.0-1.1-upgrade-tester
$ ./run.sh
