whitespace is not ignored in compressible_types causing compression to be skipped for matching
types
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: COUCHDB-1034
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-1034
             Project: CouchDB
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Database Core
    Affects Versions: 1.0.1, 0.11.3, 1.0.2, 1.1
            Reporter: Robert Newson
            Assignee: Robert Newson
             Fix For: 1.1

We don't ignore runs of whitespace when parsing compressible_types, thus the inadvertent double
space between application/xml and it's preceding item causes us not to compress application/xml
content-types.

Fix is to improve regexp to ignore this.
