attachments don't always get compressed when their MIME type is defined as compressible in
CouchDB
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: COUCHDB-996
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-996
             Project: CouchDB
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.0.1, 1.0, 0.11.2, 0.11.1, 0.11
            Reporter: Filipe Manana
            Assignee: Filipe Manana
             Fix For: 1.0.2
         Attachments: COUCHDB-996.patch

If an attachment is upload through the attachment standalone API, it's MIME type (given in
Content-Type header) is configured as compressible in CouchDB and has parameters associated
with it (e.g. "text/plain; charset=URF-8"), CouchDB doesn't compress the attachment.

The following straightforward patch fixes this.
