I pushed some fixes. I can now download a large ISO correctly (using wget -c) even if I interrupt
it several times at random points, the MD5 matches.

It also now handles the bytes: -500 case (where you can ask for the last N bytes without knowing
the length). This is handy if you need to read a footer (mp3 or zip files, say).

Multiple ranges should be simple from here. The next thing is to tidy the code and get the
layering right. But I'm out of time for today.
