Replication by doc IDs works with IDs having literal backslashes
----------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: COUCHDB-713
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-713
             Project: CouchDB
          Issue Type: Test
          Components: Replication
         Environment: trunk / 0.11
            Reporter: Filipe Manana

The post at:

Says:

"Note that for design documents, you need to URL escape the / to %2f. (1.0 will likely allow
you to just use the slash / verbatim)."

I can't reproduce the problem.

The following patch updates the replication JS test to prove that slashes in doc IDs do not
need to be replaced by %2f.
