Looks like it is the command that lists and formats the modules list. Apparently OpenSolaris'
sed doesn't like input that isn't newline terminated.

Changing the find/tr/sed command to find/tr/awk/sed using awk to add a new line appears to
fix things.

   $ find src/couchdb -name "couch*.erl" -exec basename {} .erl \; | tr '\n' ',' | awk '{print
$1}' | sed "s/,$//"
