I'm with Jan here -- I'd like to keep the core focus on being able to  
read 0.9+ files and replicate with 0.9+ servers in all newer versions,  
just like we did with 0.10.  But if folks want to develop scripts to  
dump/load .json files I'm cool with that too.  Best,
