Currently when making replication HTTP requests to a remote CouchDB instance, CouchDB makes
the HTTP requests "anonymously", without providing any information that it is a CouchDB instance
and that it wants to receive JSON.

Examples of what this could be:

    User-Agent: CouchDB/0.9.0
    Accept: application/json

It would be good to add these headers to HTTP requests made by CouchDB, as it makes it easier
for other systems like Midgard to support the replication protocol:
