Automatic links to referenced docids to aid navigation
------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: COUCHDB-143
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-143
             Project: CouchDB
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Administration Console
    Affects Versions: 0.9
Environment: Tested in Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and Google Chrome
            Reporter: Jason Davies
            Priority: Minor

Having spent a lot of time in Futon recently, I thought it would be useful to be able to navigate
to a referenced document directly from the referring document.

For example, my "comment" documents have "post_id", which references the docid of a blog post.

It took a couple of minutes implement this patch. It adds a small "ID: ..." link underneath
each field value, after performing a lookup on _all_docs to see if a document with that field
value exists.
