Subject [jira] [Commented] (COR-11) Make interface between docformat and webkit (prepare for e.g. Qt).

Currently there's no support for doing this in the editor (any such modifications are simply
thrown away), but I think this would be handy. I'm not sure what the best way of expressing
such restrictions would be, but I think we could come up with a rule format of some sort that
says what transformations are allowed/disallowed, or simply what features can't be made.

Note that this would be specific to our editor; in principle, someone could take a completely
different WYSIWYG HTML editor and use it with DocFormats - they're not tied to ours.

Restrictions like this would mostly be relevant for more restrictive formats then ODF - an
example being Markdown. If the editor loads a HTML file which it somehow knows originally
came from (and will be saved to) a Markdown file, then it should disable most formatting controls.
