Subject [jira] [Commented] (COR-10) Port to linux (using webkit and Firefox)
Date Sun, 18 Jan 2015 16:26:34 GMT

jan iversen commented on COR-10:

What I mean is instead of using the IE toolkit, then use the firefox toolkit. This could mean
(but I am not sure) that we only program once against the firefox toolkit and use it across

Alternatively, we program against IE toolkit for windows and firefox toolkit for linux, not
very efficient.

The toolkit (any of them, we in general refer to them as webkit) allows you to run the javascript
and more as an applicition (meaning without a network connection).

And we dont mean the browser as such, but the libraries supplied with the browser at least
with IE there are a relative big difference in system demand.
