In theory, with jcesarmobile's plugin, the {{viewport-fit=cover}} isn't needed, since the
safe area adjustments are disabled entirely.

Ideally though, there should be a way to fix this without disabling that entirely. I couldn't
find any obvious difference between Cordova's (gap-inducing) WKWebView setup and [my (working)
direct WKWebView|https://github.com/dpogue/WKScrollTest] setup. I definitely don't turn off
the content inset adjustment.
