I believe we will be discussing the impending move over to GitHub on the dev mailing list soon-ish - feel free to chime in there. We will be discussing on the dev mailing list things like if / how to move over existing issues from JIRA to GitHub, or whether we declare JIRA issue bankruptcy, etc.
