Not sure what's going on here -- I can concede that it must be something on my system. Perhaps
[~purplecabbage] can comment, I would start with how the 'AppPackages' is created by the platform
(the platform code I linked to above). I'm not familiar with the Windows 10 Cordova platform
to delve much into it.
